Interoperable eHealth ecosystem
Pandora was conceived as a digital eHealth ecosystem that brought together a cloud platform, mobile and web applications, and connected devices within a single solution. Its purpose was to transform traditional child health monitoring into a more accessible, structured, and interoperable system, capable of centralising relevant information and supporting continuous use.
The concept combined a digital health diary, an enriched health record, data capture from smart devices, and connection with public, private, and third-party information systems. On that foundation, Pandora also incorporated Big Data and predictive analytics algorithms to strengthen early risk detection and extend the value of data beyond simple record-keeping.
Its value lay in bringing together hardware, software, interoperability, and analytical capability within a single architecture designed to evolve both as a product and as a system. Rather than a standalone application, Pandora was envisioned as a solid technological foundation for connecting devices, structuring health information, and building digital services with greater scalability, integration, and international potential.
